We have lessons twice a month at the Kanada Community Center.

Lessons for the second half of December 2024 are

December 25 （ Wed ） 13 ： 20 ～ 14 ： 40 （ 2nd floor workshop room ）
Conditioning is an exercise to prepare the body.
We take the body's habits, put it back into the correct position, and then
train it so that it is not distorted.

You will be amazed at how your body changes ！

It is not a tough, strenuous workout ！

The first half of the session is to relax and remove tension from the body. In the second half, we will re-educate your under-used muscles ！ and do some weight training ！

You will have better posture and a lighter ～ body.
You will feel better and refreshed ！
You will also have the byproduct of reducing your body fat ♪

＊ Indoor shoes are not required. We will teach barefoot.
