Let's do yoga together in the presence of Buddha ♪

Open to all, young and old, male and female.
Relax your mind and body at your own pace.

You can set your own schedule for participation.
You can start as little as once a month ♪

⚫Location Chosenji Main Hall （ 39 Oi, Kimitsu ） Parking available
⚫Hours Wednesday ・ Thursday ・ Saturday
① 9:30 ～ 10:30 Wed Thu Sat ）
② 11:00 ～ 12:00 （ Wed ）
⚫What to bring Yoga mat or bath towel, water
（ Mat rental 100yen, limited ）
⚫Entrance fee: 700 yen per session （ 800 yen when using air conditioning ）
*Private Dharma talk by the priest is available

●Gentle Yoga （ Intensity ★ ）
For first time yoga practitioners ・ For those who want to take it slow
●Hohoshi Yoga （ Intensity ★ ★ ）
For those who want to relax the whole body with good balance and a little bit of body training
●Ho Yoga ＆ Sun Salutation （ Intensity ★ ★ ★ ）
For those who are used to it and want to move around
