We are pleased to announce that we will be holding a book reading for a new book published by Subarusha, "Retreat Resting Techniques for Removing Persistent Tiredness ！" ！

The book went on sale on December 13, and the publisher reports that it was ranked No. 1 in new books at Hourindo bookstore on December 18.

I am sure that as this art of retreat and rest becomes widely known, people will learn how to rest and feel less guilty about taking a break.

I will talk about all the nuances that are difficult to convey in books alone at the reading session.

For those who have purchased the book on Amazon, etc., please read the book and join the reading session, although it will be a limited event.

The reading session itself will be free of charge, and you are welcome to ask any questions you have about anything that interests you after reading this book.
